This seat deposit form is exclusively for applicants admitted to Penn State Dickinson Law’s programs. Seat deposits are non-refundable. Submission of a seat deposit without an offer of admission does not constitute an offer of admission. Submissions of seat deposits without an offer of admission will be rejected.

Deposits are nonrefundable prior to matriculation. Following the start of classes, your deposit(s) will be credited to your bursar account and will apply toward tuition and fees for your first semester. If you received a scholarship that covers the full cost of tuition, your deposit credit will apply toward your semester fees. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you during the first semester
